SCOTTISH WINTER CLIMBING

Jan - March 2009

Whether you climb already or fancy getting started on the steep stuff, we will ensure that you get some thoroughly adventurous snow, ice & mixed climbing done as well as improving your own skill levels through personal coaching and improved techniques.

Technical training will cover many aspects of winter climbing: ice tool placements, ropework, belays, ice screws, abolakov anchors, abseils, leashless climbing and many subtle little points to allow your climbing to become safer, more exciting and more enjoyable.

We could be climbing anything from Grade II to Grade V depending on personal ability, ambition and climbing conditions.
