Cancellations prior to 28 days before the course start date will result in loss of deposit only. Cancellations between 14 - 28 days before the course start date will result in loss of 40% of the course fees. Thereafter no refunds can be given.
We may be able to refund course fees (less deposit) if your reservations is filled.

Course Fees: prices cover instruction, the use of ropes and hardware and also supply of helmet and harness if required.
Insurance: It is recommended that you arrange your own personal insurance cover (eg. through the BMC).
Food & Accommodation: is not included but can be arranged if required. Information on local hotels, B&B, bunkhouses and campsites can be sent out with the booking confirmation.
Whilst we maintain high professional standards of client care and safety, participants must realise and accept that climbing and mountaineering can be hazardous activities which carry a danger of personal injury/death. All clients must be aware of and accept these risks and be responsible for their own actions in such activities.
